You may change many of the values and parameters used in options pricing as part of your assumptions and the what-if analysis that you do.  To change values that affect the whole window, right-click on the underlying section (bar at the top of the window) and select Properties or the What If command from the pop-up menu shown to the left.

UNDERLYING PROPERTIES

This command displays a dialog in which you can change Price, Vlty Shift, DTE, IRate.  For details, refer to The UNDERLYING PROPERTIES Dialog.

CHANGE UNDERLYING PRICE

By default, the underlying price used in the pricing model is the value specified by the underlying bate parameter  U-Bate. The What If allows you to set the value of the underlying price to a value you specify. When you do this, the value is automatically locked -- any changes in price in the underlying instrument are ignored until the underlying price is unlocked (see LOCK/UNLOCK UNDERLYING PRICE, below). A locked price displays blue in the underlying section of the window. When specifying a value, use a whole number format for any instruments which are fractional (for example: 1/8, 1/32).

CHANGE VOLATILITY SHIFT

This command is used to change the volatility of the underlying instrument used in the pricing model. It allows you to specify a new volatility and the scope (puts and/or calls). When the volatility is changed, the value listed under Vlty in the underlying section turns blue.

LOCK UNDERLYING PRICE and UNLOCK UNDERLYING PRICE

Select LOCK to make the price of the underlying instrument stay constant even if changes occur due to market activity. The price is locked at its current price and is displayed blue in the underlying section.

If the underlying price is already locked, UNLOCK  will appear on the underlying price section. Selecting this will cause the most recent price (as designated by the Underlying Bate) to be accessed, and a recalculation of the pricing model occurs. When a price is unlocked, it no longer appears blue.

EDIT SYMBOL
