Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Available for part-time and full-time colleages, but is prorated based on hours scheduled
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off policy for full-time and part-time employees scheduled to work at least 17.5 hours per week

 

Floating Holidays and Volunteer Time Off

  • 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off per calendar year

 

Maternity/Family Leave

  • Maternity leave: 10 weeks paid leave for new mothers who have given birth
  • Family Leave: 2 weeks paid leave for mothers/fathers following birth, surrogacy birth, or adoption
    *Must be employed for 12 months prior to start of leave to be eligible*

 

Disability

  • Short-term: up to 26 weeks income protection – receive 70% of base pay
  • Long-term: begins after 26 weeks of disability – receive up to 40% base pay up to $10,000 maximum
  • Option to buy additional 20% for total LTD at 60% of base pay up to $15,000 maximum (subject to approval)
