Over the past 30 years, Zepeda has built a reputation for helping technology companies grow, strengthen operations, and create long-term enterprise value.

He has led global teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, guided organizations through major business transformations, and played key leadership roles in strategic transactions totaling over $4 billion.

Zepeda’s experience spans public companies and private equity-backed organizations, with a consistent focus on operational excellence, customer success, and profitable growth. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Services at Spirent Communications.
