Working with and mentoring my direct reports.

Hurricane Harvey – Amazing floods and almost non-stop tornado warnings.

Hurricane Ike

What has been your most exciting day on the job?

The Saturday that Hurricane Harvey brought so much rain to Houston.

What is one weather myth you always correct people on?

I’m not a broadcast meteorologist!

I was on the football team that won the 1986 Big Ten championship and I have also worked with two College Football Hall of Fame coaches.
