- Full-time or part-time colleague who works at least 17.5 hours a week
- Day 1 coverage for you and your dependents
- Able to change insurance plans during annual open enrollment period or after a qualified life event that’s reported to HR within 30 days of the event

- Children under the age of 26
- Children over 26 who are fully dependent due to mental or physical disability

- FlexRx determine list of drugs covered by plan
- Preventative drugs are not subject to the medical deductible

Health Savings Account (HSA)
We offer HSA plans that enable you to save to pay for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses with pretax dollars when enrolled in a Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP). Unused savings are carried over indefinitely. In 2022, DTN is making contributions to employee health savings accounts as folows:
- For the $1,450 CDHP Plan:
- $725 for employee-only
- $1,450 for employee + child, spouse, or family coverage
- For the $2,800 CDHP Plan:
- $$1,400 for employee-only
- $2,800 for employee + child, spouse, or family coverage
Health Care Flex Spend (FSA)
A Flex Spend account may be available depending upon the plan you choose.
- Limited Purpose FSA
- Unused amounts do not roll over to the next plan year
Dental Plans
Coverage is offered for preventative care, basic/major restorative care, and special oral surgery services.
- Two options:
- Core Plan
- Buy-Up Plan: higher annual max and covers orthodontia services
Vision Plan
We offer coverage for annual vision exam and corrective lenses/frames

Life and AD&D Insurance
Qualifying colleagues are automatically enrolled at one times your annual base salary at no out-of-pocket cost (max $400,000).
- Basic life insurance: term life policy
- AD&D coverage: pays benefits to you or your beneficiary(ies) if you die or are injured from a work-related accident
